About the role:

As a machine operator at Östergårds Grönsaker AB, you will work with advanced machinery and modern equipment in a varied and exciting role. You will be a key person in the company's potato production, where your efforts directly contribute to ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and handling modern agricultural machinery.
• Maintenance and care of equipment to ensure operation and function.
• Participation in all stages of potato production, from planting to harvesting.
• Collaboration with an experienced team to optimize production.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in machine operation and a keen interest in agriculture.
• Enjoys working with modern technology and equipment.
• Is responsible and meticulous in their work.
• Driver's license B
• Has the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
• Has previous experience in potato production or similar (meritorious, but not required).
• Self-driven and responsible in their work
• Understands Swedish in both speech and writing, as it is necessary to fill in documentation and certificates for KRAV and Svenskt Sigill.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience working with potato production or other crop cultivation.
• English proficiency to facilitate communication in various work environments.
• Knowledge of modern agricultural machinery and technical solutions.
• Has completed the Basic Course in the Use of Plant Protection Products (meritorious, but not required).
